Your satisfaction is essential to Fitueyes. That's why we're pleased to offer a limited warranty that covers defects in material or craft on all new Fitueyes products. Only consumers purchasing Fitueyes products from authorized Fitueyes retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

What is Covered?

We offer a 2-year risk-free guarantee for all Fitueyes TV Stands.

What Happens If My Product is Defective?

Fitueyes will offer free replacement for the defective parts of improper craft and (or) material. If we cannot provide a replacement product and repair is not practical or cannot be completed promptly, Fitueyes may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

Do I Have to Pay Shipping Costs for a Replacement Product?

In the rare event that the Fitueyes product you received is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item for free shipping.

What is Not Covered?

Our limited warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

  1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  2. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
  3. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by Fitueyes.
  4. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the product’s intended use.

Our limited warranty is void if the returned product has been removed, damaged, or tampered with labels or alterations (including any component or external cover).
