SHIPPING
Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
How long will my order arrive?
- Processing Time: Your order will be shipped within 48 hours on working days (Weekends and Holidays excluded).
- Shipping Time: Delivery will take 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak shopping seasons, depending on the item purchased and the destination.
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, we will contact you via email to arrange any additional shipping fees. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Do you ship to other contries in Europe?
Fitueyes offers Free Shipping for all orders but we currently cannot ship to outside of UK. If you are a customer from EU countries, you can shop in our DE Store:https://de.fitueyes.com
How can I track my order?
A confirmation of your order, which contains a shipment tracking number, will be emailed to you the day the product ships. Follow the status of your shipment with the courier's name.
Can I cancel my order or edit information with my order?
Typically, we encourage you to review and confirm your order for accuracy. However, if you do need to make changes or cancel the order, please promptly send an email to supportuk@fitueyes.com before the order is shipped, and we will be happy to assist you.

What if my package/items arrives damaged?
When you receive your item, please check your item carefully. If the package appears damaged, please complete the following steps:
1) Take a picture of the damage.
2) Then please email us at supportuk@fitueyes.com immediately and attach the photos.
3) We will contact you directly with the next steps.
What is the warranty on my purchases?
You have 30 days to return an item to us in its original condition. Any modifications or alterations to the product will void the original warranty.
How does it work when I want to return or exchange the product?

How can I choose a right TV stand?
Whether the TV fits floor TV stand depends on VESA and load-bearing capacity. Generally speaking, our floor TV Stand can match most of the TVs.
What if the screws can fit my TV?
Our screws fit most TVs, but inevitably there will be cases where they don't fit, for which you can seek the correct TV screws from your TV retailer.
