We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we post the return policy here.

How long do I have before making a return?

You have a max of 30 days to make returns.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

1. Returns with product quality problems：We offer free shipping in this case. We will prepare you a return label and please return your order to the sender address.
2. Returns with non-quality problems：You need to bear shipping cost in this case.

When will I get the refund?

Refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund back to your account.

Notice:

1. Please repack and return the items in their original packaging, since it is a better way for protection.
2. We can not accept any returns of damaged items, you need to be responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment.
3. We can not accept any returns on custom displays and customized products, including orders with custom text, imprinting or graphics.
